NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale dated January 31, 2022 and entered in 11-2020-CA-002551 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein EXCEL CAPITAL SOLUTIONS, LLC is the Plaintiff, and EDIS PERGJINI; VIKTOR PERGJINI; FATBARDHA PERGHINI; PINEHURST AT STRATFORD PLACE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; CONTRACTOR'S LICENSING BOARD COLLIER COUNTY FLORIDA; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; and BRITTANY LEAR are the Defendant(s), the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trial East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on April 7, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 100, STRATFORD PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 15 THROUGH 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Including the buildings and appurtenances located thereon.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
