NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 28, 2022 in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Third Floor lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 7th day of April, 2022 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure or order, to wit:
UNIT 6501, CORAL BAY III AT BRIDGEWATER BAY, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3752 AT PAGE 1405, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
