NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of February, 2022, and entered in Case No. 2021-CA-001473, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein PETER TAKOS is the Plaintiff and 1373 SHADY LANE, LLC is Defendant. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on the 7th day of April, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Tract #41, Elizabethtown Acres (not recorded) being all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 32, Township 48 South, Range 27 East, Collier County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Being the East 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 32, Township 48 South, Range 27 East, said Tract.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
