IN THE COUNTY COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
CIVIL ACTION
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on April 7,2022, at eleven o'clock, a.m. in the lobby, on the first floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Apartment Number 424-B, Naples Bath and Tennis Club, Unit F, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 800 at Pages 1648 through 1693, inclusive of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with all appurtenances to the apartment including the undivided share of common elements and limited common elements reserved for each apartment therein.
