Decedent/settlor, James M Den Herder, date of birth December 22, 1924, who lived at 1260 Creekside Blvd, Naples, FL 34109, died March 7, 2022. No probate estate is currently anticipated for the decedent. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the James M. Den Herder Trust dated August 10, 1977, as amended and ultimately restated December 6, 2012 will be forever barred unless presented to Greenleaf Trust, Successor Trustee of the James M. Den Herder Trust dated August 10, 1977, as amended and ultimately restated December 6, 2012 within four months after the date of publication of this notice.
