NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 20-CA-008914 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Regions Bank dba Regions Mortgage Successor by merger to Union Planters Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Lawrence H. Cagle a/k/a Lawrence Cagle, Deceased; Cayleigh Lynn Cagle A/K/A Cayleigh L. Cagle; Savannah L. Cagle A/K/A Savannah Lee Cagle; A.F.C., A Minor Child In The Care Of Her Mother And Natural Guardian, Lorrie Lynn Mace; Dennis Wayne Mace; and Emilee Ann Black, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Lawrence Harold Cagle a/k/a Lawrence H. Cagle a/k/a Lawrence, Cagle, deceased are the Defendants, that Cindy Stuart, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 20th day of April, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 100 FEET OF THE NORTH 200 FEET OF THE WEST 133 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 31 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS THE WEST 33 FEET THEREOF.
