NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 23, 2021, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-007609 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which ADVANTA IRA SERVICES, LLC FBO BENEFICIARY ROTH IRA #8005207, is the Plaintiff and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; ALLIANCE BANK OF ARIZONA; FRESCO'S RISTORANTE, LLC; BIEL REO, LLC are defendants, Cindy Stuart, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on https://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com/index.cfm in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 am on the 18th day of April, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
