NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment In Favor Of Plaintiff, WESTCHASE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., entered in this action on the 11th day of March, 2022, Cindy Stuart, Clerk of Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on April 22, 2022 at 10:00 a.m., the following described property:
Lot 20, Block 2, Westchase Section “378”, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 79, Page 78, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
and improvements thereon, located in the Association at 9969 Stockbridge Drive, Tampa, Florida 33626 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
