NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 18, 2022, and entered in 52-2019-CA-007564 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE INVESTORS TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE3 is the Plaintiff and DARREN MILTON, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF VERONICA MARTIN A/K/A VERONICA L. MILTON A/K/A VERONICA L. MARTIN, DECEASED; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST NLC FINANCIAL SERVICES, LLC; YVES MORENCY; MIREILLE MORENCY; DISCOVER BANK; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.
