NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on June 24, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described real property:
Unit 310 of CAMBRIDGE HOUSE OF PORT CHARLOTTE - a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium filed December 21, 1979, and recorded in Office Records Book 620, at Pages 1205-1287 of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida together with all appurtenances thereto, including an undivided interest in the Common Elements of said Condominium as set forth in the Declaration.
Commonly known as: 21260 Brinson Avenue, Unit 310, Port Charlotte, FL 33952
The said sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of the County Court of Charlotte County, Florida, in Civil Action No. 210010143CC, CAMBRIDGE HOUSE OF PORT CHARLOTTE - a Condominium, Inc., Plaintiff vs. LOUIS BARGHAUSEN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LOUIS BARGHAUSEN, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT #2, Defendants.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
