Unit 762 D, Stage 7-C, OAKWOOD VILLAGE OF WILDWOOD SPRINGS, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Books 786, Page 612, and Amendments thereto, and as per Plat thereof recorded in the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida; the current record owners of which are PAUL A. GUARNIERI JR. and MARGARET M. GUARNIERI.
With an address of 762 Oakview Dr, Unit 762D, Bradenton, Florida 34210.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a First Amended Complaint to foreclose a claim of lien has been filed and commenced in this court by the Plaintiff, WILDEWOOD SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Michelle A. Rowe, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty days from the first date of publication; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the First Amended Complaint or Petition.
This Notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER MANATEE EDITION.
