Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 14, 2022, and entered herein, the property situated in Polk County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 5, ALDEA RESERVE, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 135, Page 23, Public Records of Polk County, Florida,
a/k/a 150 Granada Boulevard, Davenport, FL 33837
will be sold to the highest and best bidder at https://www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on this on this 31st day of May, 2022.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
