The administration of the Estate of Sheila Goldblatt, deceased, File Number 2022-CP-001825-NC, is pending in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 2000 Main Street, Sarasota, Florida 34237. The names and addresses of the Personal Representatives are set forth below. The name and address of the Personal Representatives' attorney are set forth below.
All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against the decedent's estate, including unmatured, contingent or unliquidated claims, on whom a copy of this notice is served must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE LATER OF 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THE NOTICE ON THEM.
All other creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against the decedent's estate, including unmatured, contingent or unliquidated claims, must file their claims with this court WITHIN 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
ALL CLAIMS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
In addition to the above described limitations period, Section 733.710 of the Florida Probate Code provides a two-year statute of limitations, running from the date of the Decedent's death, on creditors' claims. Except for liens as set forth in Section 733.710(3) or creditors who file claims within the period set forth above and within 2 years after the person's death, 2 years after the death of a person, neither the Decedent's estate, the Personal Representative, nor the beneficiaries shall be liable for any claim or cause of action against the Decedent, whether or not Letters of Administration have been issued.
Date of the first publication of the Notice to Creditors was May 6, 2022, and the Decedent's date of death was July 21, 2021.
