TO: UNKNOWN BENEFICIARY OF THE RICHARD D. HOLLIDAY TRUST UAD 3/2/2011, and any unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, or other parties claiming by, through, under, or against any known or unknown person who is known to be dead or is not known to be either dead or alive.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint containing two (2) total counts has been filed. The first count is to appoint a special fiduciary for the Richard D. Holliday Trust UAD 3/2/2011 (the “Trust”). A second count is brought to establish the beneficiaries of the Trust owning property commonly known as 3602 Beneva Rd., Unit 407, Sarasota, Florida 34232 and more particularly described as:
Unit 407, BENEVA VILLAGE, SECTION TWO, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1031, Page 98, as thereafter amended, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 7, Page 221, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Subject to restrictions, reservations, easements of record, zoning, applicable governmental regulations and taxes beginning with the year 2022 (the “Property”).
MICHELLE BRYAN and RICHARD D. HOLLIDAY, JR. are named as Co-Respondents.
All persons claiming to be an unknown beneficiary or claiming an interest in the Property are required to serve a copy of your answer and your written defenses, if any, to the Complaint, on John J. Waskom, Esq., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 600, Sarasota, FL 34237, on or before June 16, 2022.
You must also file your original answer and written defenses, if any, with the clerk of the court, for Sarasota County, Florida, either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; OTHERWISE, A DEFAULT WILL BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU for the relief demanded in Plaintiffs' Complaint.
