NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 11-2018-CA-003579-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWMBS, INC. CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2005-HYB10 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-HYB10, Plaintiff, and, AVILA, MARNEY, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, the lobby on the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL. 34112, at the hour of 11:00 a.m., on the 26th day of May, 2022, the following described property:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT NO. 53, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 33, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 60, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.032.
