NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 24, 2021, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-012243 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 1998-R3, is Plaintiff and KENNETH W. JACKSON A/K/A KENNETH JACKSON; TESSIA C. JACKSON A/K/A TESSIA JACKSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TESSIA C. JACKSON A/K/A TESSIA JACKSON, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online auction at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 30th day of June, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
