NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of April 2022, and entered in Case No. 21-CA-008556, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein COMMUNITY LOAN SERVICING, LLC F/K/A BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC. is the Plaintiff and CARRIAGE HOLDINGS, LLC CITY OF TAMPA, FLORIDA REGIONS BANK DBA AMSOUTH BANK UNITED STATES OF AMERICA SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION JO ANN RUBLE; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. CINDY STUART as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 23rd day of May 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 28, RUN THENCE N. 44°05'17” E., 110.00 FEET ALONG THE NORTHWESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 28 TO THE NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 28; THENCE S. 43°18'27” W., 110.05 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SOUTHWESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 28; THENCE N. 44°14'12” W., 1.50 FEET ALONG SAID SOUTHWESTERLY BOUNDARY TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING
