NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-004085 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein UMB Bank, National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as legal title trustee for LVS Title Trust XIII, Plaintiff and William Joel Cordero Moyet a/k/a William J. Cordero Moyet are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Cindy Stuart, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on June 8, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
