NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 31, 2022, and entered in Case No. 29-2017-CA-007814 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-10, is the Plaintiff and Marco L. Vivona a/k/a Marco Vivona a/k/a Marco Luigi Vivona, Bloomingdale Trails Homeowners Association, Inc., Citibank, N.A. successor by merger to Citibank (South Dakota), N.A., Maria E. Delgado a/k/a Maria Delgado, United States of America, Department of Treasury, Stephen L Meininger, Chapter 7 Trustee, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the June 1, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
