COPPING, DECEASED; and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DAVID C. COPPING, DECEASED, in regards to the following described property in Lee County, Florida:
That certain 25 foot strip of land, more or less, lying within the Southwest Quarter (SW ¼) of the Southeast Quarter (SE ¼) of Section 21, Township 43 South, Range 25 East, Lee County, Florida, being bounded on the North by Bayshore Road; on the West by the West line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 21; on the South by a line commencing at the Southwest corner of the land described in Special Warranty Deed recorded in O.R. Book 2571, Page 3410 extended West to the West line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 21; and on the East by the West line of said Special Warranty Deed recorded in O.R. Book 2571, Page 3410 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to each of you that an action to quiet title to the above described property has been filed against you and you required to serve a copy of your written defenses and answer to the complaint on the Plaintiff's attorney, KEITH H. HAGMAN, ESQ., The Pavese Law Firm, P.O. Box 1507, Fort Myers, FL 33902 on or before June 08, 2022, or otherwise a default judgment will be entered against you for the relief sought in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks in Lee County, Florida.
