Lot 20, BLK B, Hiland Square Addition according to a plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 23, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your answer or pleading to said Complaint on Plaintiff's attorney of record, Walter E. Smith, Esquire, 757 Arlington Avenue North, St. Petersburg, FL 33701, and file the original answer or pleading in the Office of The Clerk of the Circuit Court, Pinellas County Courthouse, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida the 30th day following the date of the first publication of this Notice Of Action. If you fail to do so, a Judgment by Default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
