YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for foreclosure on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of UNIT 1521 and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of COACHMAN CREEK, A CONDOMINIUM, and exhibits attached thereto, all as recorded in O.R. Book 4913, Pages 1436 through 1502, inclusive, and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 36, Pages 88 through 105, inclusive, together with additions and amendments to said Declaration of Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in the Public Records of PINELLAS County, Florida.

A Lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker Gurley, P.A., Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 28059 U.S. Highway 19 North, Suite 301, Clearwater Florida 33761, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
