NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 18, 2022 and entered in Case No. 21-004890-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida where City of Clearwater, a municipal corporation, is the Plaintiff and Sealty LLC, a Florida LLC, Paul Charles is/are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on July 21, 2022 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
That part of Block 4, KNOLLWOOD REPLAT, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 21 Page 70, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, described as follows: Begin at the most Northerly corner of said Block '4' for the Point of Beginning; thence run Southerly along the West line of said Block '4', 61.90 feet; thence run Northeasterly 42.70 feet to the East boundary of said Block '4'; thence Northwesterly along the East boundary of Block '4', 61.90 feet to the Point of Beginning.
