NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 25, 2022 and entered in Case No. 21-003855-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida where City of St. Petersburg, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and Christopher Roper, Cartez B. Rentz A/K/A Carlez B. Rentz, Unknown Person In Possession Of The Property is/are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on June 2,2022 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
