has been filed by Plaintiff, A&C REAL ESTATE SOLUTIONS EMPLOYEE PROFIT SHARING PLAN, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Alisa Wilkes, Esq., 13400 Sutton Park Dr. S., Suite 1204, Jacksonville, FL 32224, (904)620-9545 on or before June 17, 2022 and file the original with the Clerk of Court and Plaintiff's attorney, otherwise a default and judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded.
