NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2019CA001286AX of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, AMERICAN ADVISORS GROUP, Plaintiff, and, DENNIS E. FLODEN AKA DENNIS EDWARD FLODEN, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 21st day of June, 2022, the following described property:
LOT 2, BLOCK 10, ILEXHURST, R.E. COBBS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 154, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.032.
