Wojculewski, Romy Wojculewski a/k/a West Romy Wojculewski a/k/a West Romy Steinberg a/k/a Romy Steinberg, Gertrude M. Steinberg, Charles M. Langston, Shelley Langston, Gregory L. Morrison, individually, Bonni L. Morrison, individually, Gregory L. Morrison, as Co-Trustee of the Morrison Family Trust u/a/d January 18, 2002, Bonni L. Morrison, as Co-Trustee of the Morrison Family Trust u/a/d January 18, 2002, and all other parties claiming by through, under or against them and all unknown natural persons if alive, and if dead or not known to be dead or alive, their several and respective unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees and creditors or other parties claiming by through or under those unknown natural persons; and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above names or described defendants or parties or claiming to have any right, title or interest in and to the lands hereafter described,

TO: FLORIDA GULF COAST PRINTING COMPANY, A DISSOLVED CORPORATION, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THEM AND IT, AND ALL UNKNOWN NATURAL PERSONS IF ALIVE, AND IF DEAD OR NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, THEIR SEVERAL AND RESPECTIVE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES AND CREDITORS OR OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY THROUGH OR UNDER THOSE UNKNOWN NATURAL PERSONS AND ENTITIES; AND ALL CLAIMANTS, PERSONS OR PARTIES, NATURAL OR CORPORATE, OR WHOSE EXACT LEGAL STATUS IS UNKNOWN, CLAIMING UNDER ANY OF THE ABOVE NAMES OR DESCRIBED DEFENDANTS OR PARTIES OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN AND TO THE LANDS HEREAFTER DESCRIBED
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for reformation of a deed and deraignment of title concerning the following property in Manatee County, Florida:
Commence at the N.E. corner of U.S. Government Lot 3, Section 18, Township 34 South, Range 16 East, thence South, along the East line of said U.S. Lot 3, 1,435.70 feet; thence South 33 degrees 51'30” East, 420.67 feet; thence South 48 degrees 08'00” East, 116.95 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence South 31 degrees 14'09” East, 74.84 feet to the intersection with the Northwesterly line of a 10 foot wide alley, as shown on the Northwesterly line of a 10 foot wide alley, as shown on the plat of “Third Addition to Anna Maria Beach” Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 270,Public Records of Manatee County, Florida; thence South 35 degrees 43'24” West, along the North line of said 10 foot wide alley, 110.22 feet to the intersection with the Northeasterly R/W of Los Cedros Drive; thence North 50 degrees 38'02” West, along said Northeasterly R/W also being the Southwesterly line of Lot 8 of Island Cedars Subdivision, 71.20 feet to the Southwesterly corner of said Lot 8; thence North 36 degrees 38'44” East, along the Northwesterly line of said Lot 8, 135.00 feet to the Point of Beginning, being and lying in the U.S. Government Lot 2, Section 18, Township 34 South, Range 16 East, Manatee County, Florida. The above described parcel of land being a portion of Lot 8, Island Cedars Subdivision, recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 54, of said records.
Has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Barnes Walker, Goethe, Perron & Shea, PLLC, the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 3119 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida 34205, on or before JUNE 21, 2022, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
