YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following described real property, lying and situated in Manatee County, Florida, more particularly described as:
Unit 203, Building 7131, BOCA GROVE, PHASE 3, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded in Official Records Book 1616, Pages 4811 through 4892, inclusive, and amendments thereto, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 30, Pages 29 through 31, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida (the “Property”).
Said property having a street address of 7131 Boca Grove Place, Unit 203, Bradenton, FL 34202.
