NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
UNIT 81, TIKI VILLAGE MOBILE HOME PARK CONDOMINIUM, as described in the Declaration of Condominium dated June 15, 1977 recorded on July 11, 1977, in Official Records Book 898, pages 1781 through 1834, in the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. With the following street address: 3228 Kauna Point Drive, Holiday, FL 34691.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco. realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on June 2, 2022.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
