Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 4, 2022 in the above-styled Case Number 2021 CA 003667 NC in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Unit 146, Lake Tippecanoe, Section One, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 987, Page 114 through 126, and as amended, and as per amended plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 6, Page 28, 28A through 28H, inclusive, and as amended, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Property address: 4588 Mohican Trail, Unit 146, Sarasota, FL 34233 at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on June 9, 2022. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
