NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered by the Court on December 20, 2021 and the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion for an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale After Bankruptcy Dismissal entered by the Court on May 6, 2022 in Civil Case Number: 2021-CA-007184-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida wherein RESIDENTIAL ASSET SUB LLC, is the Plaintiff and EDNA RODRIGUEZ A/K/A EDNA GRACE RODRIGUEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EDNA RODRIGUEZ A/K/A EDNA GRACE RODRIGUEZ N/K/A BANY MELENDEZ; BANY MELENDEZ; ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are the Defendants, Tiffany Moore Russell, the Orange County Clerk of Courts, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 11:00 a.m. EST on June 20, 2022 by online auction at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property in Orange County, Florida, as set forth in the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
