NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on February 2, 2022 in Civil Case No. 19-000252-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR HOLDERS OF THE HOMEBANC MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-5, MORTGAGE BACKED NOTES is the Plaintiff, and BILL KANNBERG; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BILL KANNBERG; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A DAPHNE PIZZONIA; VILLAS OF CARILLON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT 2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on June 2, 2022 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 22, VILLAS OF CARILLON, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 128, PAGE 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
