NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 22, 2022 in Civil Case No. 21-003563-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein US BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR VRMTG ASSET TRUST is Plaintiff and BRIANNA LYNNE MACKLIN, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of June, 2022 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The West 15 feet of Lot 59 AND All of Lot 60, Fairway Manor, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 38, Pages 36-37, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
