NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 4th day of May 2022, and entered in Case No. 19008178CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A MR. COOPER is the Plaintiff and CORDEL MALCOLM PARKSIDE VILLAS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. KEN BURKE as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 22nd day of June 2022, at 10:00 AM on PINELLAS County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 57 OF PARKSIDE VILLAS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 85, PAGE 37 AND 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
