NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 28, 2022, and entered in 21-003046-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein US BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR VRMTG ASSET TRUST is the Plaintiff and CHERYL MCKENNA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHERYL MCKENNA; ROBERT BERGER; DAVENTRY SQUARE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; CAVALRY SPV I, LLC; and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on May 31, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
