NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2019 30705 CICI of the Circuit Court of the 7TH Judicial Circuit in and for VOLUSIA County, Florida, wherein, REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff, and, UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF RUFUS JEWELL AKA RUFUS CLAYTON JEWELL, DECEASED, et al., are Defendants, Clerk of Court, Laura E. Roth, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.VOLUSIA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 AM, on the 1st day of July, 2022, the following described property:
THE NORTHERLY THIRTY (30) FEET OF LOT SIXTEEN (16) AND THE SOUTHERLY TWENTY-FIVE (25) FEET OF LOT FIFTEEN (15), BLOCK 1, HILLCREST HOMESITES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN MAP BOOK 11, PAGES 215 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
