Kiewit Infrastructure South Co. (KISC) is requesting bids from qualified socially & economically disadvantaged (DBE) vendors. All DBE firms used to meet this goal must be certified by the Florida UCP. Certification as a DBE by the Florida UCP is separate and distinct from other certification programs. The only source that should be used for verification of current eligibility of a DBE firm is the Florida UCP website at https://fdotxwp02.dot.state.fl.us/EqualOpportunityOfficeBusinessDirectory/
