Sirois, Marc J. Mailloux aka Marc Mailloux, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., its successors and assigns, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Veronica Aguilar, Unknown Party #2 n/k/a David Luera, Villages of Thousand Oaks Master Association, Inc., Villages of Thousand Oaks Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the June 7, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 96, WOODLAWN LAKES, SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 35 THROUGH 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
