Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 9, 2022 in the above-styled Case Number 2021 CA 003995 in the Circuit Court of MANATEE, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in manatee County, Florida, described as:
Lot 133, SUGAR MILL LAKES, PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 108, OF THE PUBLIC RECRODS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property address: 3315 48th Street East, Palmetto, FL 34221 at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on June 14, 2022. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
