NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 20, 2022 in Civil Case No. 2019CA002639000000, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE OF STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST F is the Plaintiff, and KENYA L. LEWIS A/K/A KENYA BRYANT A/K/A KENYA LEWIS; COPPER RIDGE ESTATES OF POLK COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; COPPER RIDGE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; DAMIAN RASHON BRYANT; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com on June 7, 2022 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 273, COPPER RIDGE ESTATES PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RCORDED IN PLAT BOOK 130, PAGES 46 AND 47, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
