NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 11, 2021, Amended Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 1, 2021, and the Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated April 20, 2022, in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of Circuit Court Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA, shall sell the subject property at public sale on the 21st day of June, 2022, at 10 am to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.polk.realforeclose.com on the following described property:
