Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on April 25, 2022, in the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Polk County, Florida described as:
LOTS 7 AND 10, BLOCK 3, PLAT OF MCMURRAY'S ADDITION TO TOWN OF MULBERRY, FLA., A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF OF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 6, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA
TOGETHER WITH THE WEST ONE-HALF OF THE VACATED ALLEY ACCORDING TO ORDINANCE NO. 5.92 OF THE CITY OF MULBERRY, FLORIDA, ON APRIL 7, 1992.
and commonly known as: 211 NW 8TH ST, MULBERRY, FL 33860; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale at 10:00 A.M., on-line at www.polk. realforeclose.com on July 26, 2022 to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by Section 45.031 F.S.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
