NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 11, 2022 in Case No. 2020CC001843000000 in the County Court in and for Polk County, Florida wherein LAKE MEADOWS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC, a Florida non-profit Corporation, is Plaintiff, and CHANDRADAI SINGH ALAMO; AUGUSTIN ALAMO, et al, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: 10:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on JUNE 27, 2022. ( ) www.polk.realforeclose.com the Clerk's website for online auctions after first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 71, LAKE MEADOWS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 130 PAGES 39 AND 40, OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A: 149 VISTA VIEW AVE, EAGLE LAKE, FL 33839.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
