NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated April 14, 2022 entered in Civil Case No. 2018CA00062100000 in the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-AB1, Plaintiff and RON KOEKOEK; RUTH DAVILA-KOEKOEK A/K/A RUTH KOEKOEK; GLENRIDGE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION OF POLK COUNTY, INC.; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; CLERK OF COURT POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, are defendants, Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on June 13, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
