PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff and JENNIFER S. CROFT A/K/A JENNIFER CROFT N/K/A JENNIFER MARY SUTTLES; ERNEST H. CROFT JR. A/K/A ERNEST H. CROFT; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; VILLAGES AT BRIDGEWATER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; BRIDGEWATER MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC, are defendants. Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of Circuit Court for POLK, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Via the Internet at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 21ST day of JUNE, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 31, BLOCK C, VILLAGES AT BRIDGEWATER VILLAGE 6B, PHASE 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 148, PAGE 6-8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
