Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court for the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, Case No. 2021-CC-006328-MO, the Clerk of the Court, Polk County - 10th Judicial Circuit, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
LOT 81, HIGHLAND CREST PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 125, PAGE 11, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on June 14, 2022. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.polk.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
