YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Verified Complaint to Quiet Title, and, in the alternative, Adverse Possession, relating to certain real property located in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit:
A strip of land lying between the West 198.00 feet and the East 1122.00 feet of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 6, Township 25 South, Range 21 East, Pasco County, Florida, being further described as follows: For a Point of Reference, commence at the Southeast corner of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 6, Township 25 South, Range 21 East, Pasco County, Florida; thence South 89° 32' 31” West, along the South boundary thereof, 1122.25 feet to a point lying 1122.00 feet West of the East boundary of said Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 as measured at right angles for a Point of Beginning; thence continue South 89° 32' 31” West, 5.45 feet to a point lying 198.00 feet East of the West boundary of said Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4; thence North 00° 34' 55” East, parallel with said West boundary, a distance of 738.12 feet, to a point lying 738.00 feet North of the South boundary of said Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 as measured as right angles; thence North 89° 32' 31” East, parallel with said South boundary, 7.48 feet; thence South 00° 44' 22” West, parallel with the East boundary of said Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4, 738.16 feet to the Point of Beginning.
