YOU ARE NOTIFIED that you have been designated as defendant in a legal proceeding filed against you for failure to pay condominium fees resulting in a lien foreclosure action. The action involves real property in Sarasota County, Florida, more fully described as follows:
Condominium Unit 540, Sorrento Villas, Section 5, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 977, pages 1765, as amended from time to time, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 6, Pages, 10 and 10A, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
The action was instituted in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Court, Sarasota County, Florida, and is styled SORRENTO VILLAS, SECTION 5, ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida Not-for-Profit Corporation vs. JASON KALAGHER.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on James W. Mallonee, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 946 Tamiami Trail, #206, Port Charlotte, FL 33953-3108, on or before June 9, 2022, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on James W. Mallonee or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
The Court has authority in this suit to enter a judgment or decree in the Plaintiff's interest which will be binding upon you. Published in the Business Observer.
