THE ESTATE OF FRANCIS HERING, THE TRUSTEE(S) OF THE EUGENE T. HERING AND FRANCIS HERING LIVING TRUST UAD 5/11/93, ROBERT HERING, JANE TIBBS as the Sole Heir of THE ESTATE OF BILLY TIBBS, CHARLOTTE KARWATT n/k/a CHARLOTTE KARWATT WHITE, DONNA M. SZAFRANIC, ANTHONY SZAFRANIC, and ROBERT T. HERING, their unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming by, through, under or against them; the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees and creditors of said unknown spouses, and all other parties claiming by, through under or against them; and all unknown natural persons, if alive, and if dead or not known to be dead or alive, their several and respective unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, and creditors, or other parties claiming by, through, or under those unknown natural persons; and, the several and respective unknown assigns, successors in interest, trustees, or any other person claiming by, through, under or against any corporation or other legal entity named as a defendant; and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described defendants or parties or claiming to have any right, title, or interst in and to the lands hereafter described,

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title on the following described property in Sarasota County, Florida:
Parcel A-1. The East 15 feet of the following described property:
Begin at the SE corner of NW 1/4 of Section 34-37-18; thence North along 1/4 section line, 210.03 feet for a POB; thence continue North, 168 feet; thence S 87 degrees 55' W, 298.1 feet to east right of way line of Tamiami Trail (66' wide); thence S 21 degrees 08'E, along said Trail, along a chord of a curve to right with a radius of 2897.9 feet, a distance of 184 feet; thence N 86 degrees 24' E and parallel to the south line of said NW 1/4, 232.1 feet to the POB; being a part of the south 1/2 of Lot 12, Block 2, of Sarasota Venice Co. Subdivision of Section 34-37-18 as per plat recorded in Plat Book 2, page 31, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida. LESS that certain parcel deeded to the State of Florida for the use and benefit of the State Road Department as recorded in Official Records Book 334, page 681, Public Records of Sarasota County,

The East 15 feet of the following descrbed proprty:
Parcel B. Begin at the southeast corner of the northwest 1/4 of Section 34, Township 37 South, Range 18 East; thence south 86 degrees 24'00”West along the 1/4 section line 169.3 feet to the east right of way line of Tamiami Trail (U.S. 41); thence north 17 degrees 01'00”West along said Tamiami Trail along a chord to a curve to the left with a radius of 2897.9 feet a distance of 215.42', thence north 86 degrees 24'00”East and parallel to the 1/2 section line 247.13 feet (more or less) to the east line of the northwest 1/4; thence south along the 1/4 section line, 210.03' to the point of beginning; LESS the south 15 feet thereof for road right of way and being a part of south 1/2 of Lot 12, Block 2, Sarasota Venice Company Subdivision of the East 1/2 and NW 1/4 of Section 34, Township 37 South, Range 18 East, as recorded in Plat Book A page 12, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on LAURIE B. SAMS, Esquire, 3859 Bee Ridge Road, Suite 202, Sarasota, Florida 34233, Attorney for Plaintiff, and file the original with the Clerk of the above styled Court on or before 6-20-2022, a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once each week for four consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
