NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, on the 2nd day of December, 2021, in the cause wherein Layne S. Francis, Plaintiff, and Lisa Kenney, Defendant, being case number 20CA4312NC, in said Court, I, Kurt A. Hoffman, as Sheriff of Sarasota County, Florida, have levied upon all the right, title and interest of the Defendant, Lisa Kenney and the impleaded Defendants Vicky Elaine Terry and Mackenzie L. Kenney, in and to the following described real property, to-wit:
Unit Week No. 26 and 27 in Condominium Unit 108 SEA CLUB V, and Unit Week No. 26 and 27 in Condominium Unit 111 SEA CLUB V, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1422, Page 293, and any amendments thereto, and according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 2, and any amendments thereto, of the public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

I shall offer this property for sale at 2071 Ringling Blvd Sarasota, FL 34237, County of Sarasota, Florida, on June 21, 2022, at the hour of 1:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible. I will offer for sale all of the said Defendant's, Lisa Kenney and the impleaded Defendants Vicky Elaine Terry and Mackenzie L. Kenney, right, title, and interest in the aforesaid real property, at public auction and will sell the same, subject to taxes, all prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, to the highest and best bidder for CASH IN HAND. The moneys received through the levy on sale will be paid as prescribed by F.S.S. 56.27.
